|Retread Hair Conditioner|
This conditioner has saved my hair. I am terrible at getting my hair cut and keeping it well maintained. Plus, I ombre my hair. So my hair needs lots of TLC, and that’s where this beautiful product comes in! It has so many natural oils and ingredients in it that it leaves my hair so soft and hydrated. I’ve also found that since using this my hair has started growing rapidly!
|So many proteins! and nutrients!|
I tend to find that when my hair is particularly in a need of a good condition this just sinks straight in and sometimes I put a little extra in. I do alternate this with another Lush conditioner called American Cream just to shake things up a bit with some different nutrients and as Retread does retail at £9.95 it can get a little costly for my waitress budget! I have very long and damaged hair and i need a fair amount of this to do all of my hair but alternating it with another conditioner and washing my hair about once a week tends to make this last a couple of months. If you have very damaged hair, I’d say use this with every wash, if you have quite healthy hair this might be a good hair mask for you rather than a conditioner. If you have trouble growing your hair, I do recommend switching to a natural shampoo and conditioner as supermarket or drugstore brands tend to coat the hair in glosses and chemicals to give an illusion of health rather than actually helping your hair!
I’ve been smelling this throughout writing this post and I can’t think of what this smells like! But I love this smell. It’s sweet and slightly fruity but in a creamy, milky way. I’m in love with the way it leaves my hair feeling and smelling. This product has turned my hair around and I can’t recommend it enough! A lot of people hate the smell of it and I wasn’t that fond at first but I’m quite fond of it now. Each to their own hey! Check it out on the website here or in store.
