|So Cute, So Easy!|
So I went a little mad when I found this lovely ladies shop. JanChristie.com sells the cutest little images for nails. I knew as soon as I found this site, I had to have some.
|Oops! Bought a Few Too Many!|
At £1.80 a pop, it’s a pretty bargain considering theres 24 stickers and you’ve only got 10 fingernails! (unless you haven’t, then please forgive me). I also don’t like doing a whole hand of them as I think it looks too much. So each sticker costs only £0.075. BARGAIN ALERT!
With that in mind, I did pick up 7 packets. Oops, but they will last me forever right? and shipping will be more expensive in Australia right? and they hardly take up any room right? There we go, justification done. So I bought the Tabby and White Kitten Head Up, Golden Retriever (looks just like my old dog Jakie), Pug, Fox, Black and White Kitten, Red Squirrel and Lion. Can’t wait to try them all!

So for my first time I chose these cute little kittens because they are so adorable. I used my mini Ciate in Cookies and Cream as it’s such a nice neutral colour and I thought it would be a nail colour the kitties would stand out on. Jan Christie does write in her little instructions sheet that these stickers don’t stand out well on darker nail polishes. She also gives some great advice and directions so I won’t write it all up here again as she sends it all to you with your purchase. But i’ll tell you now that it is so simple!!

I used 3 coats of Cookies and Cream to give me a nice opaque base and after sticker was applied I used one coat of Seche Vite. She does recommend applying a new layer of top coat everyday of wear to prolong the life. Having a fast dry top coat makes this pretty easy!

It was my first attempt so it wasn’t the neatest but I’m really pleased with the results. They are super easy to use and look so adorable!! I’ll have to update with how long they last and how hard they are to remove, so come back next week for that! I will put it in a new post so that you’re reminded.
Once again, they are available at JanChristie.com and she also does other nail art products including glitters, which look adorable and I want. You can also make custom nail art images, so you can have something more personal on your nails. She also ships internationally! Woohoo!
