I was having a casual browse through Mecca, as you do, and I couldn’t help but think that they have some really cool gifts at the moment, obviously just in time for Christmas. I thought that I would share the ones that I think are really cool and would love to receive myself.
BUDGET: Under $30
This little beauty blender is so cute! And who doesn’t need a new one? And if you know someone having a little trouble sleeping then this could be a cute little set to give them a helping hand. I also absolutely love the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks and Patina is one of my most worn lip products. This little set would get so much use and they’re mini’s! Mini’s are just the cutest.
BUDGET: $30 – $50
I don’t understand why brands give gift sets the longest names ever but this lipstick set looks so good. It’s cute, christmasy and has a good colour range. If you haven’t seen or heard about the Origins GinZing mask before, go google it. It is metallic, it peels off and it’s supposed to give your skin a radiance boost, what doesn’t sound good about that? I already contained the mini version of the This Works sleep products but I really think that this is such a good gift for so many different people because it’s something that most people wouldn’t buy for themselves.
BUDGET: $50 – $100
Everything in the Sarah Moon Collection for NARS is amazing, I honestly would just list all of it here, if I didn’t think that it was unnecessary but I do think it’s worth a look if you haven’t already. Honestly these lipsticks are the perfect ‘in’ colours at the moment and I want them all. The Stila palettes are incredible. I have Spirit and I love it so much. I recommend for any makeup lover and there’s four different ones to choose from. Speaking of four to choose from, how good is this little Glam Glow set look? This way you get to try them all! I really want this.
BUDGET: $100 – $200
Oh these candles are so perfect as a gift. Who doesn’t love burning candles? And I bet these smell so good. You might want to be careful who you gift the Luna oil by Sunday Riley to, it is marketed as being an anti-ageing product and it does have the word wrinkles on the bottle, but it’s a really luxurious product that would be so lovely to give to someone who wouldn’t buy these things for themselves, just maybe not if they’re a little sensitive! Of course there would be more from the Sarah Moon Collection for NARS! This is the same type of colour range as the Velvet Lip Glides but in full size lipstick form rather than mini liquid lipsticks. Both amazing, just depends on how much you’re happy to spend.
BUDGET: Over $200
Ok so this is the expensive category, also known as, my favourite. I know that $222 on 5 eyeshadow sticks sounds ridiculous but the quality of these are well renowned and they’re actually $55 each on their own so you practically get one for free. Something that is just as beautiful is this copper hair dryer and straightener set. It’s just too beautiful to deal with. I need it. Also, I would die to get the Diptyque advent calendar! I am honestly so tempted to purchase this for myself, except that we’re trying to save at the moment so I wont, but I absolutely want to.
I hope that this has maybe helped you find a gift for someone you were struggling to find one for, or even inspired you to pick yourself up something. Why not? Treat yourself.
