Kudos to the Bloggers and YouTubers who do their favourites monthly because I’m a creature of habit and I don’t think that I could come up with new favourites every month! However, I have actually discovered a few things lately that I’ve really wanted to share!
First things first, chocolate. Pana chocolate is something that I’ve been seeing all over the place lately but it’s a little pricey (around $7 for 45g) so I hesitated to try it. However, when Valentines rolled around I wanted to get Jamie a little something and he loves chocolate as much as I do. So when I saw this and knew that it was the perfect gift. Of course Jamie shared with me, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just teasing, but he did share with me. The missing flavours from here are Coconut & Goji and Sour Cherry & Vanilla. I am not lying when I say that this is by far the best chocolate I have ever had in my life. It blows all other chocolate out of the water. I’m so excited because Jamie and I are planning to split a block after dinner tonight with a cuppa and a movie!
This is another pricey product that I really didn’t want to know was good, but omg it is good. This mascara by By Terry is supposed to contain a growth serum to help grow your lashes over time. I got this as a sample ages ago in a Mecca Beauty Loop box and it just kind of hung around in my draw. I decided to give it a go a little while ago and I love it. I wouldn’t say that I’ve noticed any eye lash growth but it does make my eyelashes long and whispy in the best kind of way. No clumpy, chunky eyelashes. Love it! Now I just have to work out if I want to spend $64 on a mascara!
If you haven’t noticed I love coffee. Coffee is a magical potion that makes me slightly less of a grumpy bum. At home I drink Nespresso and usually I’m not overly bothered which pod you give me as long as it’s coffee, which they all are. Usually I buy the limited edition ones just to try them as it’s a bit of a gimmick but this limited edition one is actually amazing. It’s actually so smooth and tasty and easy to drink. I honestly recommend it. Perhaps it’s so good because it’s a 2014 Vintage, it’s like a fine wine.
Now this one isn’t actually a thing it’s an activity, but I’ve been loving researching interior designs. I can’t wait to move into our house and decorate it in my style. I really want to invest in pieces that are beautiful and well made. Reading magazines have been a great inspiration as I love being able to tear things out and stick them on my mood board, but my other love it adding things to my pinterest board. I’ve always enjoyed interiors but whatever form it comes in, I cannot get enough of looking at kitchen tables or plants or bed spreads or anything else along those lines.
Last but not least is a dress, a dress that I think if anyone ever described to me I would hate. Polka dots, ruffles, long sleeves, floaty? It does not sound like me at all but I LOVE it. It’s cute and fun and girly. I also kind of love that it isn’t a normal item for me to wear. It’s nice to push your own boundaries sometimes. It’s a Topshop dress but it is from their petite section. Even on me at 163cm it is very, very short so if your not on the shorter side this might be more of a tunic on you. A super cute tunic though.
Thanks for reading!
